We bet you’ve seen all the fabulous styles that you can rock with Supreme Collection – and now you have one question in your mind, Darling, how do I maintain my Deep Wave or Loose Braid style?
Well, we’ve got you!
Supreme Collection is our range of human hair feel braids, with a luxurious look. Unlike traditional braids, our Supreme Collection styles- Deep Wave and Loose Braid, are styled into an unfinished look meaning that the ends of the braids are left open.

What this means is that unlike traditional braids, a little extra care is needed to maintain these styles, because just like our natural hair, when left open with no maintenance, it may get tangled.
So we sat down with our hair experts over at Darling HQ and gathered these top tips to help you maintain your Deep Wave and Loose Braid styles to have them looking perfect!
And yes! These tips are tried and tested and you can check out this video by influencer Ayuma Khaguli to see them in play! She had had her Deep Wave style in for up to 3 weeks by the time of that video with absolutely no tangles or matting.
Tip 1: Apply Hair Food To Your Braids During Installation
Because of the silky smooth texture of both Deep Wave and Loose Braid, we advise that your stylist apply a generous amount of hair food to the braid, before separation. Doing this will allow the braid to glide smoothly, as your stylist separates it.

Tip 2: Wear A Satin Bonnet While You Sleep
All the tossing and turning that we do when asleep combined by the friction that is caused between our cotton sheets and our hair is bound to cause styles to frizz up and tangle.
So before bed, gently run your fingers through the ends of your Deep Wave or Loose Braid style to remove tangles and then put it into a loose twist before tucking it into your satin bonnet or scarf.
Put your hair into a loose twist and into a bun before tucking it into your satin bonnet
Tip 3: Frequently Apply Hair Food To Your Curly Ends, To Tame Frizz.
Every 2-3 days, apply your choice of hair food to the curly ends of your Deep Wave or Loose Braid style. Gently run your fingers through the hair to remove any tangles and then follow by applying hair food to the curls. This will help to maintain the curls and also to prevent frizz.
For regular maintenance, gently finger detangle your braids and apply hair food to maintain the curls and to prevent frizz
And that is all you need to do to maintain your Darling Deep Wave and Loose Braid styles.
